Last year I hurt my foot and felt very uncomfortable about my body.
I went to a dietitian and she gave me a healthy eating plan. Almost a year later and I am doing very well and following my plan. I am losing weight, I have lost over 19Kg so far and dropped more than 25cm around my waist. This did not come easy though, I had to put in the work to eat right and exercise daily. I included an image of me before my eating plan and exercise and now (although I look even better now).
