3 ingredient cookies

This recipe is very easy to make this even children’s and parents would! Enjoy baking in the kitchen it is very nice! I think children and parents and grandchildren would have fun working in the kitchen one day you can make this by your self. Parents will help your children to measure the ingredients.

This is the butter and sugar and flour

Sift your cake flour into a big bowl. Also, sift your castor sugar into a bowl, first measure your cake flour and your castor sugar. Then measure your butter cut in into blocks put it in a bowl make it soft not too soft.

When the butter is finish melted in the white bowl, add it to stainless steel dish. Sift your cake flour into it and all the melted butter and your castor sugar. Take your hand beater, mix until soft it will come out into soft dough.
This the soft dough

Take a cutting board and sprinkle it with plain white sugar and roll the dough into a long roll

Sprinkle plan white sugar onto the cutting board
Take clingwrap to lay it on the counter sprinkle the clingwrap with sugar place your roll on the clingwrap roll it in the sugar and cover it with cling wrap put it in the refrigerate for 30 minutes !

3/4 cup butter ( 170g) melted

1/2 cup castor sugar

Mix till soft

Add 2! 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Mix to soft dough

Form dough into a roll

Sprinkle sugar over roll

Cut into squares

Cover in cling wrap

Bake for 20 minutes

Refrigerate 30 mins

Set your oven to 180 degrees
