This recipe is very easy to make this even children’s and parents would! Enjoy baking in the kitchen it is very nice! Sift your cake flour into a big bowl. Also, sift your castor sugar into a bowl, first measure your cake flour and your castor sugar. Then measure your butter cut in into blocks put it in a bowl make it soft not too soft.


Take a cutting board and sprinkle it with plain white sugar and roll the dough into a long roll


3/4 cup butter ( 170g) melted
1/2 cup castor sugar
Mix till soft
Add 2! 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Mix to soft dough
Form dough into a roll
Sprinkle sugar over roll
Cut into squares
Cover in cling wrap
Bake for 20 minutes
Refrigerate 30 mins
Set your oven to 180 degrees
